We left the big firms and started our own small group because we wanted to do things differently. We wanted to collaborate with great people, take excellent care of our clients and our people, and do work we are proud of. That’s why we wanted a name that would help us remember all those things. We went back to the place where those values first emerged for us—back to Silverthorne Road, where founder Michael Campbell grew up with his mother and grandparents.
